Takashi is the only Japanese chefs that holds a Michelin star in Ireland. His establishment so far is also unique to Ireland since it’s a non traditional Kaiseki, fusing the best of Japanese techniques and Irish ingredients.
I’ve been one of the lucky individuals that was able to grab a spot at Ichigo Ichi - for the 4th time.
Honestly. some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life.
